As a solo traveler, it may be hard to find some valuable and affordable experiences to join because most tours in Rovaniemi require a minimum of 2 participants to operate. To help you organise your solo holidays in Lapland, we have listed here the tours that have a departing group and that you may then join as a solo! The list is regularly updated by our team (based on the new bookings we receive) with direct link to book the experience for 1 person.

I would be really interested in activities like visiting a reindeer farm and Ranua wildlife park, as well as fat biking around Rovaniemi and or hikes/nature walks, or craft workshops.”
ABOUT TRAVELING SOLO IN ROVANIEMI
Rovaniemi is the capital of Finnish Lapland and the official hometown of Santa Claus. Located in the southern part of Lapland, it is easily accessible by train, bus or plane from Helsinki.
Rovaniemi is a great destination for your summer / autumn holidays! Between May and November, you may experience beautiful nature, landscapes, wildlife and outdoor activities adorned with the golden colours of the Midnight Sun or the “Ruska” autumn. In summer, the rivers and lakes are warm enough to do water activities! Whether it’s stand up paddling, canoeing or packrafting that you do, you will be charmed by the peacefull waters and beautiful landscapes around. And if you feel convinced, but have never tried any of these activities, we offer guided tours too!
