Our office is located in the city center of Rovaniemi at Jaakonkatu 4–6, 96200 Rovaniemi. Our opening hours are daily from 8:30 to 20:30, and during the summer from 9:00 to 17:00.

We also organize private tours for families, groups, and corporate team-building events, with personalized itineraries designed around your interests and special occasion.
For activity packages booked well in advance, we offer a 30% deposit to secure your reservation, with the remaining 70% due no later than 30 days before your experience.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other contactless payment methods. All online payments are processed through trusted, encrypted payment providers, ensuring your personal and financial information remains fully protected.
Our standard cancellation policy is:
- 7 days or more before the tour: 10% cancellation fee
- Between 7 days and 24 hours before the tour: 50% cancellation fee
- Less than 24 hours before the tour: 100% cancellation fee
Some experiences, such as our Private Northern Lights Tour and Private Northern Lights Family Tour, include a flexible cancellation option, allowing you to cancel until 14:00 (local time) on the day of the tour (a small cancellation assurance fee applies).
Please note that some tours, activity packages, and accommodation bookings operated by our trusted partners may be subject to different cancellation terms. These specific conditions are always indicated on the relevant tour page. When a third-party provider is involved, their cancellation policy will apply. In all cases, a minimum 10% cancellation fee is retained to cover administrative and transaction costs.
Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to complete the transaction. If you have not received your refund after a reasonable period, don’t hesitate to contact us by email.

If you are unsure whether your clothing is suitable or need to rent winter equipment, feel free to contact us, we will be happy to help you prepare for your adventure. For your safety, participants must arrive properly dressed for the weather. In extreme conditions, we may be unable to accept guests with inadequate clothing.
You can also rent the clothing for the duration of your stay (€20 per day, or €10 per day when booking a multi-day program with us). As availability is limited during the winter season, we recommend reserving your equipment in advance. All rental gear is collected and returned at our Nordic Odyssey office.

Some experiences, such as electric fatbike tours or activities operated by our trusted partners, may have different meeting points. These are always indicated on the relevant tour page. If you’re unsure, simply contact us.
We will be happy to arrange your transfer in advance, simply contact us by email for a quotation.
During the Arctic winter, we do not recommend outdoor experiences for infants or toddlers, as extreme temperatures can be challenging for young children. If you are travelling as a family, feel free to contact us, we will be happy to recommend the most suitable experiences for your children and the season. We recommend using the restroom before departure, as access to toilets cannot always be guaranteed during the tour.
