A FULL EXPERIENCE IN LAPLAND

Let’s explore remote Lapland landscapes with this 2-day canoe adventure! If you’re looking to disconnect from everyday life and reconnect with nature, canoeing is a must-do summer adventure. With its peaceful lakes and calm rivers, Lapland offers the ideal setting for such a journey.

In the morning, you will meet your guide and head toward a carefully selected destination for a big adventure. The day starts with a safety briefing. Your guide will teach you how to steer the canoe, master paddling techniques, and handle situations like capsizing. Once everyone is ready, you will hop in your canoe and start the adventure!

PADDLE THROUGH UNTOUCHED NATURE

Next, you will follow your guide along one of Lapland’s many rivers or lakes, discovering beautiful natural spots only reachable by water. On the first day, you will paddle between 10 to 15 km, taking you deep into remote areas. Along the way, you might spot local wildlife like small mammals or water birds, as you paddle down the stream.

Later In the afternoon, you will look for a good place to set up a camp. You will pitch your personal tents and enjoy a typical dinner around the campfire with your guide, a true wilderness experience.

The following day, you will continue paddling toward the final destination. Throughout the journey, you will enjoy the tranquility of the river and the beauty of the surrounding landscapes.

This unique canoe trip is organized in very small groups to ensure a more personal and comfortable experience. Moreover, the guide will adapt the route to the level of the group, but a basic level of physical fitness is required. The tour includes transportation, instruction, paddling, and one night in the wilderness, covering a total of 20 to 30 km depending on the group.
