DESCRIPTION
VISIT THE SNOW HOTEL
If you would like to experience something unique and unusual during your stay in Lapland, then the visit of the snow hotel should definitely be on your bucket list!
Located 30km away from Rovaniemi centre, this hotel completely made of snow and ice is one of the largest snow constructions in the Nordic countries! Inside you may find many hotel rooms (yes, you may stay overnight!), an ice chapel, an ice bar, an ice restaurant… Each room is designed in a unique thematic and adorned with beautiful ice sculptures.
The tour includes comfortable transportation from / to Rovaniemi arranged by the hotel itself and the entrance to the snow hotel. Please note that the visit is without a guide, as the hotel consists mostly of artistic scupltures and technical constructions left to free interpretation of everyone.
During the visit, the ice bar is open, you can even order a drink (not included in the price) and “chill” around an ice table! The drinks are served in an ice glass, naturally!
If you want to experience more, you may enjoy a 3-course dinner in the ice restaurant. Dinner cannot be ordered on spot, as it must be arranged in advance. When booking, you have the possibility to choose between the following for main course options : salmon, reindeer, chicken or vegetarian.
Estimated time for the visit: 45min-1 hour.
The transfers are arranged with the snow hotel coach.

Please dress appropriately according to the weather, with warm clothes, good winter boots, gloves, hats and thick socks. The temparatures in the hotel are maintained around -5C.
A certain amount of walking is involved. This tour is not recommended for travelers with very limited mobility.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- We will charge a cancellation fee of 10% if booking is cancelled 7 days or more before departure;
- We will charge a cancellation fee of 50% if booking is cancelled between 7 days and 24h before departure.
- We will charge a cancellation fee of 100% if booking is cancelled 24h or less before departure.
