DAYS 1 - 2 HELSINKI
WELCOME TO FINLAND
On your arrival at Helsinki airport, a driver will be waiting for you in the arrivals lobby and will drive you to your accommodation. The ride takes about 30 minutes to get to your hotel.
Helsinki is a city on a human scale, ideal for a 2-day stay! Enjoy at your pace the harmony of the city, which combines the calm of the Nordic countries, green nature with Baltic seafront, the bustle of urban life and the cultural heritage of Finland.
During those 2 days, you will have time to make the most of the capital of Finland through our selected experiences and depending on your centres of interests.

Note: the program of this first and second days may be adapted depending on your flight arrival time. If you arrive early for example, we may rrange an extra activity to fill your day or evening.
DAY 3 - ROVANIEMI & THE ARCTIC CIRCLE
WELCOME TO LAPLAND
Whether you arrive by bus, train or plane, your guide will come pick you up and drive you to your accommodation. Transfer duration depends on the type of accommodation.
Welcome to Rovaniemi, the capital of Finnish Lapland and the official hometown of Santa Claus! This customizable multi-day itinerary has been designed to let you experience the best of Lapland in the summertime!
RECOMMENDED CULTURAL EXPERIENCES :
– Cultural electric fatbike tour: discover Rovaniemi’s heritage on a guided e-fatbike ride to Santa Claus Village,
– Finnish Legends & Tales evening : a storytelling experience with pancakes cooked over an open fire,
– visit the Arktikum Museum near the city centre on your own.
Note: the program can be adapted depending on your arrival time to Rovaniemi.
DAY 4 - HIKE ADVENTURE & RELAXING EXPERIENCE
Embark on a hiking adventure to explore Lapland’s breathtaking landscapes! Trip can be tailored to your group’s level, the hike offers various difficulty options, durations, and hiking distances.

Another great experience that allows you to connect with the beautiful arctic nature is a relaxing canoe trip. During the experience, you will enjoy gentle paddling your own canoe on a quiet lake or river close to Rovaniemi. You may enjoy midnight sun or beautiful gold colours reflecting on the water. The canoe adventure can be paired with a sauna experience.
DAY 5-6 MEET THE BROWN BEARS & ARCTIC ANIMALS
During those 2 days, you will enjoy a road trip thoughout Lapland with an overnight in a wilderness cabin to observe the brown bears! The trip combines 4 animal activities with lunch/snacks to offer you an ultimate Arctic animals journey in Lapland!

DAY 7 - DEPARTURE

PLEASE NOTE
We recommend to book in advance, as availability may be limited in peak seasons.
Transportation and most of the activities are private. Participants will be led by their own private professional guide during the whole trip.
A minimum of 2 adult participants is required for the trip to operate. The maximum capacity is 6 people for comfort reasons. For larger groups, please contact us and we can discuss a specific package.
Child rate applies from 5 to 12 years old. Because of long distance trips and the rough winter conditions in Lapland, we do not recommend to bring infants aged less than 5 years old.
Private transportation by minivan. One luggage and handbag per person allowed.
For snowmobile safari, a valid driving license (for cars) is required if you wish to drive the snowmobile. The safari is twin driving, you are 2 participants on one snowmobile (1 driver, 1 passenger). Solo driving (1 per snowmobile) may be possible at extra costs.
You will be provided with professional Winter overalls and boots if needed. However, please dress appropriately with warm inner clothes, two pairs of socks, gloves and hats.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- We will charge a cancellation fee of 20% if booking is cancelled 61 days or more before departure;
- We will charge a cancellation fee of 100% if booking is cancelled 60 days or less before departure.

PAYMENT
Payment by bank transfer and credit card are accepted.
An immediate 30% deposit payment is required to confirm the booking. Payment of the remaining 70% is required at least one month before departure.
