Helsinki is one of the most bike-friendly cities in the world β safe, green and beautifully surrounded by the sea. This private bike tour is the perfect way to explore both the iconic sights and the hidden corners most visitors never discover.
The tour is always tailored to your wishes. We can focus more on the main highlights and must-see attractions, or explore Helsinki beyond the centre β its stunning coastline, urban nature and local neighbourhoods. Or, of course, create a perfect mix of both.
Helsinki is rapidly evolving into a carbon-neutral city by 2030, and as part of this transformation, an impressive network of new cycling routes has been built. One of the highlights is the route across three bridges, including Finlandβs longest and highest bridge, the Kruunusilta (1,2 km), stretching across the sea toward Laajasalo β one of Helsinkiβs most beautiful and largest islands. I would love to take you there!
Along the way, weβll ride through charming neighbourhoods, leafy parks and scenic coastal paths, with plenty of time for stops, photos and, if you wish, a relaxed coffee break.
The tour is done with regular city bikes, but e-bikes can also be arranged upon request. Ask for an offer: maddalena@maddabouthelsinki.fi (here you can also let me know about your wishes concerning the tour!)

If you have any accessibility requirements or special needs I should be aware of, or if your group is larger than 10 people, or you are a tour operator or DMC looking for a tailored experience, please get in touch.
If you prefer, the tour can also be arranged with an e-bike instead of a regular city bike β feel free to ask me for a quote.

I recommend this tour for guests aged 10 and up!
We strongly recommend guests to arrange travel insurance in order to cover cancellations and delays, due to unforeseen circumstances, or those beyond all control (inclement weather, strikes, etc). We also recommend that guests arrange medical and personal insurance in order to cover any medical expenses, loss of personal belongings, or other similar travel mishaps. All reimbursement claims for insurance must go directly through the insurance provider, and not through Maddabout Helsinki or its affiliates.
