ITINERARY
This 3-day snowmobile trip is made for guests who are looking for a more challenging multi-day safari with character of an expedition through the Arctic wilderness. Due to the physical nature of the trip and the long driving distances, a good physical condition and prior driving experience are strongly recommended.
You can choose between two options (see details below), each offering a unique Arctic adventure. All meals and accommodations are included.
OPTION 1: STANDARD TOUR
DAY 1: ARRIVAL
Upon arrival in Kiruna, you will be picked up by your guide and transferred to the base camp. Once there, your guide will provide you with complete winter gear for the tour, including thermal clothing, helmet, gloves, winter boots, and snowmobile equipment.
In the evening, you will enjoy a delicious dinner served in a cozy kota (Lappish wooden hut). Afterwards, your guide will provide you with detailed itinerary information and safety instructions.
Overnight stay in a 4-bed cabin at base camp.
DAY 2: INTO THE WILDERNESS
After breakfast, you will be introduced to your snowmobile and receive basic driving instructions. Once ready, you will start your adventure with your guide. You will drive 50–75 km alongside the majestic Torneälven River, one of the longest in Sweden. Around midday, you will stop for a campfire lunch before continuing on to a remote wilderness cabin, where you will spend the night.
In the evening, relax in the traditional Swedish sauna.
DAY 3: EXPLORE THE HARSH SWEDISH WINTER
After breakfast, you’ will continue your adventure, covering 80–120 km through more rugged and challenging terrain. Along the way, you will stop for a barbecue lunch in nature, and then complete the large loop that brings you back to the wilderness hut.
DAY 4: BACK TO THE BASE CAMP
On your final day, you will drive for 40-60 km toward the basecamp where the mini-expedition will end.
NB: it is possible to extend the tour with an extra day.
OPTION 2: TOUNDRA TOUR
The Toundra Tour follows a similar format to the standard expedition, but has a longer itinerary (distances on the second and third day are 100-150 km). The highlight of this itinerary is reaching the triple border point between Norway, Sweden, and Finland, located in the heart of the tundra.
This option is exclusively for adults due to the demanding distances and conditions.
NB: it is possible to extend the tour with an extra day.

PLEASE NOTE
We strongly recommend booking in advance, as availability may be limited during peak seasons. The trip is operated by experienced local partners, all skilled and certified snowmobile guides.
To ensure a high level of comfort, the tour is limited to 8 adult participants. For larger groups, feel free to contact us to discuss a tailored package.
Please come dressed appropriately, with warm inner layers and multiple pairs of socks. A complete packing list will be provided after your booking is confirmed.
All participants must hold a valid driving license. Please note that a deductible of 7,500 SEK applies in the event of damage or destruction of the snowmobile.
Please note that the itinerary may be subject to change depending on weather or terrain conditions.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- We will charge a cancellation fee of 30% if booking is cancelled 61 days or more before departure;
- We will charge a cancellation fee of 100% if booking is cancelled 60 days or less before departure.
