ITINERARY
This 3-day snowmobile trip is made for guests who are looking for a more challenging multi-day safari with character of an expedition. It is recommended that participants have a good physical condition and a bit of driving experience. There are two options for this trip (description below) with possibility to extend them with an extra day. Meals and accommodation are included in the packages.
OPTION 1: STANDARD TOUR
Day 1 : Arrival
You will pick you up from Kiruna and bring you to the base camp. Your guide will provide you with winter clothing for the tour as well as other equipment needed (helmets, goggles, gloves, winter boots).
A delicious dinner will be waiting for you in the evening in a cozy kota. Afterwards, your guide will provide you with full itinerary information and safety instructions.
Overnight in a 4-bed cabin at base camp.
Day 2 : Into the Wilderness
After breakfast, you will be introduced to your snowmobile and how to handle it. Once ready, you will start the trip with your guide. The trip starts along the Torneälven, one of the longest rivers in Sweden, to a wilderness hut, where you will spend the first night. Lunch break is also served halway around the fire.
The length of the stage is 50-75 km. After dinner, you may enjoy a nice walk around or a typical swedish sauna.
Day 3 : Explore the harsh Swedish Winter
Today, you will drive over 80-120 km to explore more challenging terrain. Barbecue lunch snacks will be served halway, before concluding the big loop back to the hut.
Day 4 : Back to base camp
After breakfast, you will drive for 40-60 km toward the basecamp where the mini-expedition will end.
NB: it is possible to extend the tour with an extra day.
OPTION 2: TOUNDRA TOUR
The toundra tour is similar to the standard tour but has a longer itinerary (distances on the second and third day are 100-150 km). The trip takes you across the white tundra to the triple border point between Norway, Sweden and Finland.
This option is only available for adults.
NB: it is possible to extend the tour with an extra day.

PLEASE NOTE
We recommend to book in advance, as availability may be limited in peak seasons. The trip is organised and arranged by our trusted local partners who are long experienced snowmobile drivers.
The trip is limited to 8 adults in capacity for comfort reasons. For larger groups, please contact us and we can discuss a specific package.
Please dress appropriately with warm inner layers and multiple socks. You will also receive a list of things to bring with you, once your booking is confirmed.
Participants of the tour must have a valid driving license. The deductible in case of damage or destruction of the snowmobile is 7500 SEK.
Please note that the tour schedule can be adapted due to weather conditions or local terrain conditions.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- We will charge a cancellation fee of 30% if booking is cancelled 61 days or more before departure;
- We will charge a cancellation fee of 100% if booking is cancelled 60 days or less before departure.
