Early Winter Escape to Rovaniemi (Budget-friendly Package)

This holiday package may include services with different cancellation conditions. The conditions applying to the activity programme, partner-operated experiences and accommodation are explained below. Any specific conditions will be confirmed in your personalised proposal before booking.

Activity programme

If you cancel the activity programme more than 7 days before the start of your holiday, a 20% cancellation fee applies. For cancellations made between 7 days and 48 hours before the package starts, a 50% cancellation fee applies. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the package starts are non-refundable.

Accommodation

If the accommodation is cancelled more than two months before check-in, a 10% cancellation fee applies. From two months before check-in, the accommodation is non-refundable.

For winter travel, we recommend booking 6–12 months in advance, especially if you’re travelling between November and March, when accommodation and popular activities are in high demand.

Yes, the journey takes place in excellent Northern Lights regions, including Rovaniemi, Levi, Kilpisjärvi and Tromsø. However, the Northern Lights are a natural phenomenon and sightings can never be guaranteed.
