Enjoy a unique Arctic Explorer icebreaker cruise in Lapland ! The tour starts from Rovaniemi and takes you the Bothnian sea which is completely frozen during the winter. This is an educational arctic adventure aboard a real industrial icebreaker. 

Halfway, you can get off board and walk on the ice! It is hard to think you are standing on the sea! You will also be equipped with survival suits so you can float on the freezing water ! Icebreakers have played an important role in the development of the Finnish economy because they permit maritime trading despite the rough conditions of the sea in winter.
