Auroras are a natural and unpredictable phenomenon. There is no guarantee to see Northern lights unfortunately.

The cancellation policy is mentioned in the tour description and when booking. Minimum cancellation fees of 10% covering the administration and transaction fees will always be applied when cancelling.
