Activity programme

If you cancel the activity programme more than 7 days before the start of your holiday, a 20% cancellation fee applies. For cancellations made between 7 days and 48 hours before the package starts, a 50% cancellation fee applies. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the package starts are non-refundable.

Accommodation

If the accommodation is cancelled more than two months before check-in, a 10% cancellation fee applies. From two months before check-in, the accommodation is non-refundable.

Nordic Odyssey team monitor the latest forecasts and, depending on the tour format, select suitable viewing areas away from artificial light to provide favourable observation conditions.

Choose a photography tour for professional images and dedicated camera guidance, a family experience for a child-friendly format or a private tour for greater flexibility and personal attention. Active travellers can also search for the Aurora by snowmobile, snowshoes or on foot.

The chalet’s peaceful location and limited light pollution offer good conditions for observing the Northern Lights when the sky is clear. A private Northern Lights photography hunt is also included. However, aurora sightings depend on natural and weather conditions and cannot be guaranteed.
