Join us to an Arctic adventure that offers fun times on snowmobiles! At the beginning of the safari, we will go through the safety instructions and rules of driving. Right after this, we are ready to head to the Arctic nature!
On snowmobiles, we reach untouched parts of the forest, and we will make a pleasant journey in the surrounding nature. During the safari, we get to enjoy the fantastic landscape and beauty of winter nature.
There are many exciting things to observe, and along the way, your guide will tell you facts and stories about the Arctic nature and animals.

What is not included
- Driver insurance.
Please note
- A valid driving license is needed on the safari (one sitting behind the driver does not need a driving license).
- At the beginning of each Safari, we go through safety instructions and driving instructions. The customer undertakes to follow the guide's instructions.
- Those not caused by the organizer's negligence, e.g. accidents and equipment damage are the customer's own responsibility. The deductible for snowmobile injuries is €1,500/injury.
- Valid traffic laws, regulations and good manners apply to our safaris.
- A person over the age of 15 can try driving on the ice of the lake.
- The driver must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver's license.
- A child over 130cm can sit on a snowmobile behind an adult. Children are seated in a sled.
- Remember to take your driver's license with you! The police also supervise sledding routes.
- Our safaris have zero tolerance for intoxicants. According to the Road Traffic Act, you may not drive a snowmobile while intoxicated.
- Snowmobiling is a physical activity, where there can also be bounces on the route. For this reason, snowmobiling is not recommended for pregnant women.
Lucky Ranch is located near Pyhä-Luosto National park at the lake Pyhäjärvi, only 10 minutes drive from the year-round activity resort and ski resort Pyhätunturi. You reach us by car, or when booking a tour with us, you can book pick up (return transfer) either from Pyhätunturi or Luosto.
The nearest airport is in Rovaniemi, approximately 1,5 – 2 hours' drive to Pyhätunturi, and the nearest railway station is in Kemijärvi from where there is a bus connection to Pyhätunturi. (Please always check the public timetable in advance. We are also glad to help you with planning your trip to us!) Welcome!
